- 6 chicken breasts (boneless), pounded
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Chardonnay wine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Lightly flour chicken and fry in 4 tablespoons butter until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.

2Place in warm oven. Add the other 4 tablespoons butter to pan.

3Saute onions and garlic in butter; add wine and lemon juice.

4Simmer on low for 5 minutes.

5Add chicken to sauce; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
