- 6 lb. hamburger
- 6 lb. liver pudding
- 2 to 3 lb. onions
- 1 qt. mustard
- 1 qt. vinegar
- Tabasco or hot pepper to taste
- black pepper and salt to taste
Directions

1Cook sausage and hamburger together.

2Add onions.

3Use potato masher to break up lumps.

4Add mustard, Tabasco, salt, pepper and liver pudding.

5Put vinegar in last, just before you take it off stove.
