  • 2 qt. small onions
  • 3 cauliflowers (celery or cabbage), chopped fine
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 6 large red peppers
  • 2 qt. yellow string beans
  • 1 lb. salt
  • 5 pt. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 oz. celery seed
  • 4 oz. ground mustard
  • 1/4 oz. turmeric
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
