  • 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked pasta
  • Curtis's Pepper Seasoning to taste

    Peel Chayote, slice in two and remove seed.
