Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust
- 1 lb. ground raw turkey, thawed
- 2 c. loose pack frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1In a 3 quart saucepan, brown turkey.

2Drain off any fat.

3Stir in vegetables, soup, milk and thyme.

4Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes.

5Spoon into 8-inch round baking dish.

6Unfold crust; cut decorative cutouts or slits in crust so steam can escape.

7Place crust on top of dish.

8Turn edge under; flute. Combine egg white and water; brush over crust.

9Sprinkle sesame seed on top.

10Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes.

11Makes 4 to 6 servings.
