  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    In a small bowl, combine the flour and cheese. Stir in milk and mayonnaise, just until moistened.

    Fill 5 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Fill empty cup halfway with water. Bake at 425° for 17 to 20 minutes.
