  • 2 each 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped scallion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or any other kind of nut

    Combine cheese, scallion, chives, parsley and mustard.

    Form into a ball.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, approximately one hour.

    Roll in pecans.
