  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

    Combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, egg substitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon into a 9- x 5-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
