  • 3 tablespoons Crystal Farms Butter unsalted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons Crystal Farms Butter unsalted, melted
  • 3 ounces Crystal Farms Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

    Grease a muffin pan with 3 tablespoons of butter.

    Heat milk to 125 °F and reserve.

    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs for 2 minutes or until the yolks and whites are thoroughly mixed. Add milk and continue to mix.

    Add flour and salt to the egg mixture and gently mix until combined. Do not over mix; it is okay to have lumps in the batter.

    Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter to the batter and incorporate.

    Add 2 ounces of batter to each muffin slot. Add 1/2 ounce of shredded Cheddar cheese to each battered tin. Top each muffin tin with 2 ounces of batter and bake for 40-45 minutes.
