- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 48 small green olives with pimientos
Directions

1Blend cheese with butter.

2Add flour, salt and paprika; mix well.

3Mold 1 teaspoon dough around each olive to cover.

4At this point you can refrigerate or freeze for up to 10 days.

5Bake puffs at 400° for 15 minutes.

6Serve hot.

7Yields 48 appetizers.
