  • 3 c. chopped potatoes
  • 1 c. chopped carrots
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. chopped boiled ham
