  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. light or dark syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients but pecans. Stir until well blended.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
