- 28 large pimento-stuffed green olives
- 2 c. (1 lb.) grated sharp Cheddar
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon
Directions

1Halve olives lengthwise.

2Remove pimentos and chop fine. Blend cheese with pimentos.

3Stuff olive halves with this mixture. Press halves together.

4Cut bacon slices in half.

5Wrap each olive in 1/2 slice bacon.

6Secure with toothpick.

7Broil 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until bacon is crisp.
