  • 1 pkg. (250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese

    Use pastry blender or 2 knives to cut cream cheese and butter into flour in large bowl until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Stir in cheese.

    Shape dough into ball; divide in half.

    Flatten each into disk.

    Wrap individually in plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate 1 hour before rolling out and using as desired.
