- 1-10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t pepper
- 4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine soup, paprika and pepper in a small bowl until well mixed.

2Arrange potato slices overlapping in a greased 2 qt baking dish.

3Sprinkle with cheese.

4Spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

5Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and golden.
