  • 1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 14 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 ounces cheddar cheese (or more if you like)
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 small onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 12 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 14 cup butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Grease 8 inch square pan.

    Mix all ingredients except for topping and put in prepared pan.

    (I just mix right in the pan).

    Mix topping ingredients together.

    Sprinkle on top.

    Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
