- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- fresh fruit and yogurt
- 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

2In small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar.

3Add to flour mixture and stir until blended.

4Pour batter onto grids of preheated waffle baker (lightly greased).

5Do not open lid while baking.

6Top with fruit or yogurt.

7Baking time:

84 minutes per side.
