  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 c. Velveeta cheese, melted

Directions

    Cut potatoes into small chunks.

    In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.

    Grease a 2-quart baking dish; line bottom of dish with potatoes.

    Pour cheese over the potatoes, then pour the soup over the cheese.

    Cover with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
