  • 4 lb. potatoes, cooked, cool, then grated (do not overcook potatoes)
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. sauteed onions
  • 3 Tbsp. butter plus
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all together, then add onions sauteed in butter.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch dish, top with bread crumbs in 3 tablespoons butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
