- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Directions

1Drain spinach well.

2Toss cheese with flour.

3Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings.
