  • 4 large Irish potatoes, peeled and diced in small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix and cook first 5 ingredients in enough water to cover for approximately 30 minutes.

    Cover with lid.

    Remove from heat.

    Add butter and milk and return to heat.

    Mix flour with enough warm water to make a paste and pour into soup mixture.

    This thickens enough to be hearty and warming.
