- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 c.
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry scalloped potato mix
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Run hot water over vegetables in colander until separated. Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole; set aside.

2Combine boiling water, milk and sauce mix.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Stir in vegetables and cheese.

5Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
