  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 c.
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry scalloped potato mix
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Run hot water over vegetables in colander until separated. Place potatoes in 2-quart casserole; set aside.

    Combine boiling water, milk and sauce mix.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Stir in vegetables and cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
