Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 Tbsp. green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese.

    Grate Cheddar in the cream cheese and mix well (use fork).

    In another bowl, mix onion, green pepper, pimento, jalapeno pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper and lemon juice.

    Pour into cheese mixture and mix well.

    Let chill about 2 hours.

    Take out, make 2 balls.

    Roll in pecans.
