Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups dry rice (equals 3 cups cooked)
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (if desired)
Directions

1Cook rice before putting in mix.

2Cook squash, drain.

3Add all ingredients except half of cheese.

4Mix.

5Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

6Sprinkle rest of cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
