Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (4 or 5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Whip up cream cheese with fork until creamy.

    Add all other ingredients except 1 cup pecans.

    Mix and form in ball and roll in remaining pecans.

    Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
