  • 1 (2 layer size) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl.

    Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Stir in coconut and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured (I use Pam) 11 cup ring mold or 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

    Remove from pan.

    Cool on rack.
