- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large mixing bowl.

2Blend at medium speed for 4 minutes.

3Stir in coconut and nuts.

4Pour into greased and floured (I use Pam) 11 cup ring mold or 10-inch tube pan.

5Bake at 325° for 60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

6Remove from pan.

7Cool on rack.
