Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper (optional)
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except nuts together.

    Make two balls or one large ball.

    Roll cheese balls in chopped pecans.
  4. 4
    Wrap and keep in refrigerator until ready to serve so it will be firm. Serve with crackers.
