Ingredients

• 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 5-6 dashes of Tabasco sauce
• 1 small jar of strawberry preserves
