Ingredients
- 1 can drained tomatoes (whole, 16 oz.)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1In one bowl, whip all ingredients with electric mixer.

2This mixture will be soft.

3Separate mixture to desired serving size and place in Saran Wrap in cups or bowl, depending on the size cheese ball(s) wanted.

4Place in the freezer until firm, but not completely frozen.

5You want the ball(s) to be soft enough to roll in chopped walnuts.

6This recipe will make enough to get you through the holiday season because it freezes well.
