  • 1 small can drained pineapple (crushed)
  • 1 tsp. onion, grated fine
  • 2 tsp. bell pepper, grated fine
  • 1 1/8 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 c. pecans (1/4 in mix, 3/4 to roll mixture in)
