Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 pkg. shredded dried beef
  • diced green onions or dried minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 c. milk
  • garlic (powder or minced)

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese, milk and sauce.

    Stir until sauce and milk are absorbed; the mixture should be creamy.

    Mix shredded dried beef, onions and garlic.

    Form into a ball; add some beef to outside of cheese ball.

    Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
