  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 6 to 8 oz. pecans, finely chopped

Directions

    Mash softened cream cheese and Blue cheese until smooth.

    Add milk and onion and mix thoroughly.

    Using wax paper, roll cheese into a ball, then roll in pecans until completely covered.

    It's easier to shape the cheese ball after covered with nuts.

    Chill.
