  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Let cheese reach room temperature.

    Cream together the Cheddar and 1 pack of cream cheese.

    Work this with fingers until smooth. Add rest of cheese and continue to work with hands until creamy. Add onions.

    Mix well.

    Chill; shape into ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
