- 2/3 to 3/4 lb. N.Y. State sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and sharp cheese together with hands.

2Add remaining ingredients. Roll into a ball.

3Sprinkle with paprika. Place garlic buds in ball.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Let stand in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.

6Remove at least 1 hour before serving.

7Remove garlic buds.

8Serve with crackers.
