  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/4 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. pecans, chopped fine

Directions

    Soften and cream the cream cheese.

    Add green pepper, onion and salt and cream together.
  3. 3
    Squeeze juice from pineapple, then blot with paper towel.

    Add pineapple and pecans to rest of mixture.

    Form in a ball and chill about 1 hour.

    Then roll in chopped pecans.
