  • 4 oz. jar English sharp cheese
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 small crushed garlic clove
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix 1/2 of nuts and parsley.

    Reserve for later use.

    Mix all other ingredients to a smooth consistency and chill until the cheese mixture can be rolled into a ball.

    Roll ball in nut and parsley mixture and serve with crackers.
