  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. each: chopped pimiento and chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion, dash of garlic or onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of cayenne and/or black pepper
  • dash of salt
  • finely chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.

    Blend well. Add remaining ingredients except nuts.

    Mix well; shape into ball.

    Roll in nuts.
