  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt
  • cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    Soften cream cheese.

    Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese with a mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients except nuts and mix well. Shape into a ball.

    (This is easier to do if you chill cheese mixture first.)

    Roll in nuts to cover.

    Refrigerate.
