- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- assorted crackers
Directions

1In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.

2Mix thoroughly and shape into ball.

3Roll in remaining nuts.

4Wrap in plastic film or foil.

5Chill overnight.

6Serve with crackers.

7Can be rewrapped and frozen.
