  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
  • chopped parsley or nuts to coat cheese ball

Directions

    Combine soft cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, milk and oregano, mixing until well blended.

    (Use mixer or food processor, if desired.)

    Shape into a ball (will be sticky).

    Place in a bowl and chill for several hours.

    Later, remove from refrigerator and roll in snipped parsley
  6. 6
    (fresh if possible) or finely chopped nuts.
