- 6 or 8 oz. Blue cheese or Roquefort
- 2 (5 oz.) jars Cheddar cheese spread
- 3 or 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
Directions

1Have cheeses at room temperature and mix together with pastry blender or mixer at low speed.

2When smooth, add onion, Worcestershire sauce and monosodium glutamate.

3Mix well. Shape into a ball, roll in pecans and parsley.

4Chill overnight.

5To serve, surround with collar of greens interspersed with cranberries.
