  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. or 4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • finely snipped parsley

Directions

    Let cheeses stand until soft.

    Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.

    Mix with electric mixer until fluffy.

    Cover and chill 8 hours.

    Shape into ball.
