  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. dried beef
  • 1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    In small pieces, tear apart dried beef.

    Mix together both cheeses, dried beef and onions.

    After mixed together, form into a small ball and roll in nuts.

    Refrigerate 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
