- 1/4 c. dry Sauterne or Chianti
- garlic powder to taste
- dry mustard to taste
- pepper to taste
- parsley flakes to taste
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Bring cheese to room temperature.

2Add remaining ingredients, except paprika, and mix thoroughly.

3Spread wax paper heavily with paprika.

4Roll cheese into a ball.

5It will be soft.

6Cover with paprika.

7Wrap in waxed paper.

8Place ball in refrigerator until firm.
