  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • seasoned salt
  • finely crushed pecans

Directions

    Set cream cheese out to soften.

    Mince onion and green pepper very fine.

    Squeeze out all water.

    Mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, onion, green pepper and grated cheese.

    Add seasoned salt to taste (1 1/2 tablespoons).

    Roll into 2 balls.

    Roll in nuts.

    Refrigerate.
