- 3 lb. cream cheese
- 2 c. grated American or Cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, grated
- Worcestershire sauce to own taste
- seasoned salt (Morton's is about the best)
Directions

1Work all ingredients until well blended.

2Let set overnight (or all afternoon) in refrigerator.

3After mixture becomes firm, shape into ball.

4Roll in crushed nuts, parsley flakes or paprika. Can be molded, then refrigerate again.

5This recipe makes about 3 large cheese balls.
