- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. Blue cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- pecans
- parsley
Directions

1Set all cheeses out until softened and grate all together. Mix 15 minutes with hands.

2Roll into 2 balls, then roll in crushed pecans and chopped parsley.
