- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1 roll Snappy cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. parsley flakes
Directions

1Let cheeses sit out until they reach room temperature.

2Mix with potato masher.

3Add sauces and mix well.

4Add part of the pecans and parsley flakes (about 1/2 cup of each).

5Mix and form into balls (1 large or 2 small).

6Roll ball in remaining nuts and parsley flakes.
