  • 2 c. uncooked corn, scraped or cut from ear
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. minced, seeded peppers (with membrane removed) or chopped stuffed green olives
  • 3/4 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place in a baking dish prepared as for a souffle baker. Sprinkle with cheese.
