Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Blue cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. Old English cheese
  • 10 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. parsley

Directions

    Put three kinds of cheese and Worcestershire sauce in blender and mix. Add half of the nuts and parsley.

    Form in balls and roll in remaining nuts and parsley.

    Put in a covered dish. Refrigerate and let stand at least three days before using.
